1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Rooster Property Care LLC ("Rooster," "we," "us," or "our") Referral Program ("Program"), you ("Referrer" or "Participant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.
2. Geographic & Age Eligibility
The Program is open only to legal residents of North Carolina and South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other business entities are not eligible to participate.
3. How the Program Works
You will receive a unique referral code ("Code").
Share the Code with new customers ("Referees") who have never purchased services from Rooster.
When a Referee books a qualifying service using the Code:
- Referee Benefit: $25 discount applied to their first invoice.
- Referrer Reward: $25 ("Reward") issued after the Referee's invoice of ≥ $100 (pre-tax, post-discount) is paid in full and the service is completed.
4. Reward Payment Methods
We may fulfill Rewards via digital gift card, account credit, ACH deposit, check, or any other method at our sole discretion.
Rooster may change the available payment method(s) at any time without notice.
5. Qualifying Transaction Requirements
A "Qualifying Transaction" is one that:
- Is scheduled and completed in North Carolina or South Carolina;
- Totals at least $100 (exclusive of taxes, fees, tips, or additional discounts);
- Is fully paid and not subject to refund, chargeback, or dispute for 30 days after completion; and
- Meets any other criteria we publish on our website or marketing materials.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Participants may not:
- Self-refer or create fake accounts;
- Use bulk email, spam, bots, or paid advertising to distribute Codes;
- Publish Codes on coupon or deal-sharing sites;
- Misrepresent any aspect of Rooster's services or the Program;
- Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful.
7. Program Changes & Termination
Rooster may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program—or any Participant's involvement—at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
8. Tax & Reporting Obligations
Rewards may be considered taxable income. Participants are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and required information.
