Serving the Greater Charlotte Area

Streak-free window cleaning by a local, responsive team.

Charlotte glass sees it all — pollen, humidity, red clay dust, and sprinkler spots. We wash the glass, wipe the sills, and deal with the screens so your windows actually look finished.

On this page: exterior vs interior cleaning, how we handle second story glass, screens/tracks, frequency for Charlotte homes, and what we do about hard water.

Exterior window cleaning in Charlotte

Clean glass = brighter rooms and longer-lasting windows.

When pollen and dirt sit on glass and frames, they don’t just look bad — they can hold moisture and slowly wear on seals and screens. Keeping windows clean a few times per year, especially in spring and before the holidays, is the sweet spot for Charlotte homeowners.

Better curb appeal

Clean glass and sills make the whole exterior look refreshed — even without a full house wash.

Safe for high windows

We use extension poles and, when needed, pure water systems — no risky DIY ladder work.

Screens & tracks, too

Windows aren’t “done” if the screens are caked with pollen. We can clean those at the same time.

Our 6-step window cleaning process

1. Walkthrough & safety check

We note window types, access, landscaping, and any existing issues (failed seals, paint overspray, heavy hard water). We choose the safest access method for upper windows.

2. Dust / remove screens

Screens get removed and lightly washed or wiped. Sills get dusted so dirt doesn’t streak down onto clean glass.

3. Exterior wash (traditional or pure water)

First we loosen dirt with a professional scrubber. Then we squeegee or use a water-fed pole with purified water so the glass dries spot-free — perfect for second stories.

4. Interior glass (optional)

Inside windows get a safe, low-drip method so we’re not splashing on floors or furniture. Edges are detailed with lint-free towels.

5. Screens, tracks, and sills

Standard service = wipe and debris removal. Heavy, caked tracks can be upgraded to a deeper clean — we’ll show you if they need it.

6. Final check + photos

We review sun-facing glass from multiple angles and send completion photos if you’re not home. If a spot shows up when it dries, we come back.

How often should you clean windows in Charlotte?

Most homes do best with 2–4 professional cleanings per year — one after spring pollen, one before the holidays, and extra visits if you back up to trees or a busy road. Light DIY touchups in between keep things perfect for showings or guests.

2x / year

Typical Charlotte home, moderate trees.

3–4x / year

Heavy pollen, lakeside, or lots of overhangs.

Add-on

  • • Exterior-only or exterior + interior
  • • Screens included or screen deep-clean
  • • Track/sill detail (standard vs heavy)
  • • Hard water / sprinkler stain removal (specialty)

FAQ

Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior-only. For interior cleaning, we’ll schedule a time window so we can get inside and move carefully around furniture.

Can you reach my second story?

Yes — that’s what the poles and pure water systems are for. It’s safer and dries spot-free.

What about sprinkler / hard water spots?

We can usually remove them with a specialty product. Heavier buildup is an add-on, but we’ll show you first so there are no surprises.

Can I bundle with pressure washing?

Absolutely — lots of customers do. We’ll wash the house or concrete first, then finish the windows for a totally clean look.

Who do I contact?

Our Charlotte office picks up during business hours — call or text (704) 396-4825 and we’ll look up your job right away.
