Serving the Greater Charlotte Area
Gutter cleaning that actually restores flow, no mess left behind.
We hand-remove debris, flush downspouts, check for trouble spots, and send photos. Twice a year is right for most Charlotte homes — more if you’ve got big oaks or pines.
On this page: our gutter cleaning process, how often to schedule in Charlotte, what’s included, and answers about guards and water use.

Why staying on top of gutter cleaning matters.
When gutters clog, water runs over the front or behind the gutter and ends up where it shouldn’t: fascia boards, windows, foundations, and mulch beds. Long term, that can lead to fascia rot, staining, and even interior leaks during heavy storms — all from a couple handfuls of leaves sitting in a corner.
Prevents overflow
Clean gutters move water to downspouts fast, even in those big Charlotte summer storms.
Protects fascia & siding
Overflowing gutters drip down the face of your home and can soak fascia/trim.
Keeps pests away
Standing water + organic debris is a magnet for mosquitoes and small critters.
Our 5-step gutter cleaning process
1. Safety-first setup
We choose ladder placement, protect landscaping, and check roof pitch. If we see anything unsafe (rotted fascia, wasp nests, slick metal roof) we’ll tell you right away.
2. Hand removal of debris
We start near downspouts and work around the home, removing leaves, pine needles, shingle grit, toys, and roof runoff debris. We bag or stage debris — it doesn’t stay in your beds.
3. Downspout check & flush
Downspouts are where most gutters actually fail. We confirm they’re clear and flush if needed so the system flows freely top to bottom.
4. Water test (when appropriate)
On tricky runs, we do a quick water test to make sure there’s no hidden clog at the elbow or underground connection.
5. Final tidy + photos
We clear the work area, double-check visible runs, and send photos. If we spotted sagging sections or fascia concerns, we’ll note it so you can get ahead of it.
How often should you clean in Charlotte?
Most homes here do best with 2 cleanings per year — spring (pollen + seed pods) and late fall (leaves). If you’re under big oaks, sweetgum, or pines, 3–4x is totally normal. And if you have guards, they still need a check to keep the tops clear.
2x / year
Standard suburban lot, a few trees, typical rooflines.
3–4x / year
Heavily wooded lots, tall homes, lots of pine needles.
After big storms
Hurricanes / wind events can drop a full season in one day.

Roof ClearedHow pricing works
Gutter cleaning is mostly about access and how full the system is. One-story ranch with normal debris is fast. Tall 2–3 story homes, steep lots, or gutters packed with wet leaves take longer. We price it before we start so you’re not guessing.
- • Height / ladder access
- • Amount of debris / how long it’s been
- • Rooflines / sunrooms / porch covers
- • Add-ons (gutter whitening, roof blow-off, minor re-secure)
Customer-first promise
If it’s still overflowing, we’ll make it right.

FAQ
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside. We’ll send photos when we’re done.
Do you clean gutter guards?
Yes — we clear the tops and, if needed, lift sections to clear what’s underneath. Some guard systems take longer; we’ll tell you up front.
What if a downspout is buried?
We’ll flush what we can from the top. If the clog is in an underground drain, we’ll note it and suggest next steps — sometimes that’s a plumber or drain clearing.
How often should I schedule?
For Charlotte, 2x per year is the baseline. Heavy trees or pines? 3–4x per year is normal.
Can you bundle services?
Definitely. Gutter cleaning + pressure washing + windows is popular — we’re already on ladders, so it’s efficient.
